Welcome to week three of your 30 days to live experience group. By now, if you are anything like me, I suspect you’re probably connecting a little bit more with people in the group and I think that’s incredible.
Today, before we get into the study, I want to highlight another key value in group formation.
Today’s key value is: Prayer.
Prayer is a great way to grow your faith, but it can also bring you closer together when you know the needs of the other people that are participating within the group. So, were going to take a moment and I ask you if there are any needs that you would like to make known so that we can pray about it. Our live event participants were able to post in the chat so if you’re participating in this program here, you may leave your comments in the reply window below and will be sure to address your prayer needs as well.
Let’s take a moment so we can say a prayer that addresses all of the needs of the group.
We’re also going to be asking for a volunteer to be the prayer request taker. The prayer request taker will simply write down the prayer requests each week, and send them to me in an email. From there, I will combine them with any requests left by readers in the comment area and include them as part of the weekly email that I send out to the entire group. This will help everyone to be aware of the needs of everyone in the group.
Okay now it’s time for this week’s “Community is Messy” section. This week, are going to talk about the conversation dominator. By now, you’ve just discovered that some people in the group tend to talk more than others. And if you’re wondering who it is, it might be you. Granted, the dynamics of this during a live webinar and online group are quite different then your more traditional in-home small group environment. It’s important that everyone has an opportunity to share their opinion and their insight. So, if you’re a talker, just give others a chance.
Now let’s join Pastor Justin as he talks about our relationships and our next 30 days to live challenge.

Love Completely Scripture 2
Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
Colossians 3:13 (TNIV)
- If you had 30 days to live, are there relationships that you would make a special effort to affirm your love for?
- Are there relationships that you would make an effort to forgive or ask for forgiveness?
- Why would you be compelled to do so?
The Love Completely Challenge
This Weeks Challenge:
Share with the group what you are going to sacrifice this week as an act of love to either affirm a relationship or to restore a relationship.
What a big challenge this is this week! Sacrifice is not easy to do in relationships, especially, if there are issues within the relationship. So, the challenge this week is: How are you going to sacrifice as an act of love to affirm a relationship? Or, there could be issues in the relationship now and there needs to be forgiveness and restoration. How are you going to sacrifice for that person? As we do every week let’s go around the group to declare how motivated you are to do this challenge this week.
See you next week.
